The Deconstructed Turkey
Our deconstructed turkey is the closest thing to roasting and carving your own bird. Reheating is quick and the meat stays exceptionally moist, unlike reheating a whole precooked turkey.

We begin with all natural, free range Amish turkeys, brine them, and roast the light and dark meat separately to achieve perfect cooking. Your bird is then expertly carved into platter-ready slices, assembled in a roasting pan, and bathed in our rich, house-made turkey jus. Simply place in your oven for quick reheating and serve with no waste and little clean up. Nothing could be easier….or more delicious!

Ready to Roast Turkey
Our oven ready free range Amish Turkey are brined, seasoned and rubbed with plenty of fresh herb butter. Perfect for those of you who love carving up the bird and making soup with the leftovers. 
Approx. 14-16 lb turkeys, $5.95 / lb

Beef Tenderloin
The most tender Choice beef roast, rubbed with herbs and garlic and seared for extra flavor. Your roast is oven ready and cooks in about 40 minutes. Serve with one of our sauces below.
