Our food style is clean. We prepare dishes without a lot of butter, cream or trans fats, so you won’t feel guilty after having a great meal. We make everything from scratch - you won’t find any “hidden ingredients” that you shouldn’t be eating. Our food fits into the healthy lifestyle we are all striving towards, with some moderate indulgences thrown in. Our retail store also offers a wide selection of international wines, local beers and artisan spirits. We are proud to be very selective when deciding which beverages to carry in our store. Rest assured that every one of our wines – even those under $12 – is a unique, delicious wine worth drinking
We are also pleased to carry craft beers from Two Brothers, Three Floyds, Rogue, Bells, Stone Brewing Company, and Flying Dog among many, many others. The sprits we carry are not the ones you’ll find in your average cash and carry. We are a supporter of small distilleries and artisan spirits, such as New Holland’s line of Freshwater Rums, Wasmund’s Rye, Koval’s distinguished Vodka, and Lion’s Pride Chicago Whiskey, to name a few.
