We will show you basic techniques of fish cookery that will enable you to prepare fish for you and your family and friends. Grill, sear, poach, steam and fry fresh fish, and learn which fish are best suited for each cooking method. This is a great class for people that want to include more fish dishes in their diet. Beer and wine will be available for purchase by the glass.
