Do you cringe when you see a cleaver? Wish your Wusthof worked on its own? You’re not alone! This class will help you do away with your knife anxieties and teach you the basics of cutting and chopping. Here, you’ll learn the parts of a knife, purposes for common knives, and basic knife cuts to improve your speed and precision when cooking at home. At the end of the class your hard work will pay off with a delicious meal, centered around a pasta dish made with the vegetables you’ll have cut, and finished with goat cheese and fresh basil. Beverages will be available for purchase before the class from our retail store. Bar set up will be provided.
