Tibetan Momos, Chinese Shumai, Pot Stickers and Har Gow, Italian Tortellini and Gnocchi, Japanese Gyoza, American sweet and savory dumplings, Polish Perogis and Indian Samosas are a few of the variations of those delightful pieces of dough we call dumplings. Cultures from all over the world have been flavoring and wrapping foods in dough for thousands of years. Come join us to explore how this inexpensive, satisfying modular food can be used for simple meals as well as entertaining your friends. Menu Items may include Mexican Chicken Empanadas with Salsa Rojo, Indian Samosas with Mint and Cilantro Chutney, Chinese Shumai with Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce, and Traditional Chinese Potstickers. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available for purchase before the class from our retail store. Bar set up will be provided.
