Learn how to create new and different favorites from this healthy and economical ingredient, and spice up your Chicken repertoire with simple dishes that will impress your family and friends. Menu items may include Chicken Roulades with Basil, Asiago, and Roasted Red Pepper, Chicken Croquettes with Mango Ketchup, Chicken Tikka Masala, Balsamic Glazed Chicken Thighs with Mediterranean Salsa Verde, and Seared Chicken Milanese. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available for purchase before the class from our retail store. Bar set up will be provided.
