Small Groups
In our programs for groups of up to 25 guests, everyone works together with Chef Instructors to prepare an elaborate lunch or dinner, served either buffet-style or as a plated four-course meal. We have suggested menus to choose from or we can customize one for your group.
Large Groups
Larger groups of 25 to 100 guests are divided into teams. Each team works with Chef Instructors to prepare a portion of the meal. The meal can either be served buffet style with seating or as passed small plates in an interactive cocktail reception format. With either format, there is always plenty of great food to go around.
One of our most popular programs for larger groups is a fun extravaganza of international hearty hors d’oeuvres, all made at different stations. Prepare and enjoy up to 20 different menu items in a highly interactive cocktail party environment your group will always remember.

Meeting Facility and Private Event Space
Our facility is also available for meetings, brainstorming sessions, focus groups, dinners and cocktail receptions. We have over 5,000 square feet of urban loft space located in the heart of Wicker Park, just northwest of downtown Chicago. We can create a short, entertaining cooking activity to provide a break from your meeting and spice up the day. Audio/Visual support is available and our on-site catering kitchen can prepare great food precisely on time to ensure a smooth running event.
